My name is Pam. I train classes at the local Filey Road council gym. I also do classes on Thursday mornings at the Crown Hotel in Scarborough.

Come along and try them.

All are welcome, from 18 to 80+ with different intensity levels for beginners or the super fit.

One of the most effective cardio workouts for all fitness levels. Different classes every week including video spin.
Fit ball. Fantastic for the all important  core muscles.
Exercise with weights. High energy workout.

Great way to get fit and have fun. Unlike other types of dance exercise classes, its all about the exercise and enjoyment no difficult steps to try and learn.

great for keeping supple, recovering from injury or a good starter class
Boxing exercise; great for fitness and skills. Excellent all round cardio.
